Pretending you’re okay when you’re not. Especially when you’re with your close friends. They know you too well sometimes and you don’t want them knowing you’re not okay because you don’t want them worrying. So you just fake smiles all day long, but once you get home you just start bursting into tears. There’s a point where you’ve held something in for too long you just can’t hold it in anymore.
being alone is bittersweet.
though, most times it’s more bitter than sweet.
